Bay Mills Resort & Casino is proud to support the communities we serve through charitable giving and community partnerships. By supporting local nonprofit organizations, charitable programs, and community fundraising efforts, we help strengthen the well-being of our region and the generations to come.

We strive to fulfill as many donation requests as possible throughout the year. To assist organizations with the request process, please review the following guidelines before submitting your application.

Only donation requests submitted through our website form will be considered.

• Organizations must be recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
• Requests should be submitted at least 4-8 weeks prior to the event date.
• Priority consideration is given to organizations and events that directly benefit the local communities served by Bay Mills Resort & Casino.
• Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin will not be supported.
• Requests for monetary sponsorships or personal financial assistance are not eligible.

While we sincerely value the important role youth programs and activities play in our communities, our current donation program is focused on other charitable initiatives, and we are unable to provide support for youth-related teams, events, or activities at this time.

Due to the high volume of requests received, we are unable to provide status updates by phone or email. Approved organizations will be contacted directly.
